arts and craft ideas for kids?
its a 2 and a 9 year old and a 15 and 16 year old doing it.
I love to theme things. Memorial day is coming up and that is a great one. Making flags is great for this holiday as well as it can be a great teaching/learning experience. Enchanted learning.com always has great ideas.

I think PUZZLEs would be great bcoz its not only FUN but also activates children’s mind…

I know this is a little more expensive but is great for all ages. And that is a place called "Painted Plate" or maybe it may be called something else in your town. Its where there is clay or ceramic pots, plates, bowls, cups, little pictures, all ready to be painted for your choosing. It seems like its boring but it can be quite fun. With a good group like that you can have the older kids doing the more larger shapes like bowls or plates, and the kids the little decorative stuff.
By the way its great cause then you can put them in your cabinet at home and use them to eat cereal out of our have a lunch on.

it is the best site ever. i used it when i was working at an elementary school. you can sort by holidays or season or by the materials that you have on hand. they have pictures and step by step instructions. its great.
