you can make use of those pillboxes and design them with glossy magazine pages, cut in little squares, then you can polish it with varnish or glaze to make it look like small tiles.

Quilting. its not hard just requires a few things. get a used sewing machine from a thrift store. i got mine for 10 bucks. cut some squares and sew them together. you can also buy scrap fabric at the thrift store. when you need a template to cut sqares, you can go to Lowes and buy a piece of plexi glass. they will cut it to what size you need. i like 5×5. you can usually get a few squares out of one sheet, comes in 8×10. i paid $1.48 for mine the other day.

i made some ornaments out of salt dough for my tree this year the other night. super easy recipe. just flour salt and water, then you bake them and paint with regular acrylic paint. google salt dough ornament recipe and you will find a few
