You are so lucky to have a great family! Being able to express yourselves through arts and crafts is so awesome! Keep up the great crafting videos!!! Thanks Merve, MB:)

I made a video about my mom’s crafts which are more decorative crafts, but it was a bit too personal, so I decided not to show it. My dad is more functional so his crafts always have a purpose, my sister’s crafts are more artistic , my son is more about craft recipes like glue, glitter and that stuff, my husband just likes me doing crafts LOL. I like that I take from each one of my family members
. My mom and dad are soooo good at this stuff!

It just goes to show how gifted and talented You are at crafting. Your Dad’s influence sure shines bright in your craft projects! I’ve been a “FAN” and loving all of your videos. Looks like your influence will shine in your son, he does such a great job too! Take care! MB:)

the inspiration came from looking at a piece of white paper. I remembered my dad making paper fans with me then I remembered Karate Movies where the ones doing Karate were the girls, often you will see them use fans, then I remembered the Spanish women using fan and put them all together and got this fan. which is red and glittery so is kinda Chinese/Japanese and the lace which is a Spanish touch

Hi Merve, I just love this craft! I have lots of lace that’s been sitting around and you have inspired me with this fan! With all the beautiful crafting paper, wow there’s no limit! Thanks for sharing…take care! Say hello to your sweet boy! MB:)

I forgot you can also use a cold glue gun that is very easy to buy and very easy to use
simplekidscrafts responded on 02 Mar 2010 at 11:26 pm #
you can also make a request by material. Like someone just requested pipe-cleaners crafts so I will think about more crafts with that. I have a 5 year old myself.
simplekidscrafts responded on 02 Mar 2010 at 11:53 pm #
great yes you can use white glue or any glue as long as it is good quality!
OctarineButterfly responded on 03 Mar 2010 at 12:41 am #
Great! I’ll have to go through the videos with him and see what he’d like to make.
Thank you!

Could these crafts be done using normal pva glue? I couldn’t let my 6 year old nephew use the hot glue gun that you use in these kids crafts.
