“outliner paint” …
“outliner paint” she said, I don’t know the name of the type of ‘paint’ it is, but it doesn’t work well, I used it as a kid, it is almost rubbery. They come in little bottles, and are more “rubbery” than acrylics (unless she is using something different)
I’m sure you could use acrylic in a small bottle with a nozzle, though.

Have you ever gotten paint on your shirt by mistake? It doesn’t come off. Just wash it gently. No hot water and no bleach. Treat it as a delicate fabric to help keep the colors vibrant.
