Are you or someone you know an avid reader? Try making a personalized custom book marker so you’ll never lose your place. You can make several of these in no time at all using cardboard and antiqued looking wrapping paper. What a quick way to create art with decorative scrap paper and your own personalized 3-D foam letter, as you’ll find out by reading below.
Begin by selecting a scrap piece of wrapping paper that resembles time gone by. If you don’t have any left over wrapping paper, you can find some very inexpensive paper at your local craft store. For this project an antiqued looking sports theme was used in a flat finish. (tan, brown, black and olive) Using scissors cut the wrapping paper in to two 8”H x 2”W strips. Next, cut one piece of thin scrap cardboard in to an 8”H x 2”W piece to match in size the two strips of paper you’ve already cut and set aside. Spray Artist Adhesive to one side of the cardboard and apply one of the wrapped paper strips to it, smooth out any wrinkles and allow time to dry, approx. 5 minutes. Next, flip the quickly to be finished custom book marker over and repeat the same process on the other side. Now, to add the personalizing touch to your project, add a 3-d foam letter sticker for scrapbooking to the front side of your marker. For this project we used a cream colored S letter, 1.5” x 1.5”.
That’s all there is to it. A nice simple craft, and a special and personalized custom book marker. A great classroom craft for teachers, or just the rest of us everyday home crafters.

If you are look at the Alex super art table with paper roll and two benches and wondering if kids really need one, well here are a few things to look at. There are several pros and cons to keep in mind when you are considering it. Read on for a few of these.
The Pros Of the art table:
It supplies kids with a safe and comfortable aria to do all kinds of crafts in The set is a beautiful piece of furniture that looks very good in any playroom or kids bedroom The paper roll ensures that the paper is always handy and when the kids want to do crafts you do not have to go onto a paper hunt This set also has a chalkboard table top, so the little ones can draw on it with their chalk For me personally, the canvas storing bag is a very big pro as it ensures that everything can be stored safely and it prevents all the crafts equipment from getting lost. The benches on this set are big enough for four kids to work on with ease, it is even big enough so that you, as the parent, can sit next to your child and work together. For me personally, the child-safe paper cutter, 3 cup holders, 3 plastic cups comes in very handy for storing the pens and brushes while the kids are working
The cons of the Alex super art table with paper roll and two benches:
There have been some complaints that the paintwork is not completely up to standard. It does not seem to be a very big problem but some users do say the paint stain if the kids draw on it and you do not wash it of soon. If your kid’s bedroom is very small and there is no playroom, the unit may be a little big. Remember, it is meant for up to four kids and one cannot expect it to fit into a very tiny room. I cannot completely see that as a con though, as the set is functional and it cannot be a mark against the set of your room is, unfortunately not big enough. The set is not HUGE and it should fit into any average size room.
Well, I think after this list you are pretty sure that the Alex super art table with paper roll and two benches is a very good piece of furniture for your kid’s room or playroom.
Ok, now we look at something not everyone thinks is important! Comfortable and pretty furniture for your kid to do arts and crafts on. This is what the Alex Super Art Table with Paper Roll and Two Benches is. A really comfortable table with two benches that is wide enough for you to sit next to your kid on. Well, for me it is important because it is important to make it easy for your kid to do arts and crafts. Nothing develops their small motor skills like art and they need it for all their school work.
Why I stress the “comfort” is because for many years I had to do arts and crafts with my six year old granddaughter on my lounge coffee table. Can you imagine my sore back and my poor carpet with all the paint, glue and more! So, believe you me, you need a better place to do arts and crafts with your kid.
Experience has taught me that when the kids are small, they tire quickly from and activity and it is very good if there is a place where a half completed craft can be left for your kid to work on again later. So, having a designated art table is a very good idea. You do not have to pack everything away because the table is needed for something else and tomorrow it is easy to finish whatever you could not finish the previous day.
OK, I know you get some very neat people that would not like leaving stuff for the next day, but I find it very convenient. And, if you have the set in the playroom where you can simply close the door until the next day, the half completed art works will remain on the table safely for the next day.
So, if you are like me and you love to do arts and crafts with the kids, looking at the Alex Super Art Table With Paper Roll And Two Benches is not such a bad idea.
